But I didn't try to build all of them at the same time. Instead, I put almost all my time and effort into making Stodzy a $1m+ per year business. Then I started on other projects. I'm telling you this because I see way too many people who make $2k a month freelancing, $200 from YouTube, $44 from dividend stocks, etc. Build an income river first. Then start building out more streams. 2. Creating Content Silos People who teach SEO rarely talk about these. I've found them to be incredibly important, though. A silo is a group of blog posts that all cover smaller parts of a broader topic. Create those smaller posts, then create internal links in them that go to the other posts in the silo. This gives users a better experience and improves SEO through link structure. That's a win-win. 3. Get Rid Of Bounce Creators When a person gets on your website and leaves almost instantly, that's called a "bounce." Search engines register this behavior, and if too many people are bouncing, they often tank your search results. So, fix any issues that are causing excessive bounces. Slow loading speeds is a classic. Instant, intrusive popups are too. Do more research to find other possible problems you have, then fix them all. 4. Lesson From The Build Trends come and go, but clear profit-creators never go out of style. One example of that is lead generation. Every service business on earth wants high-quality leads. Most are desperate for more of them. Deliver leads, and you'll get paid. Help companies convert more of their web traffic, and you'll get paid. There are dozens of services like those.
