Hey, Tim here. Let's start with a sponsor, then we'll do your 4 tips. Future-Proof Your Creator Business AI makes it easier than ever to churn out content—so easy, in fact, that most of it gets ignored. If you don't learn to stick out, you'll get lost in the crowd. That's why Mighty Networks is doing another Creator Summit (June 24-26). It's a 3-day virtual event about building something AI can't replace—a business rooted in community, connection, and recurring revenue. Now, your weekly strategies and mindset shifts... 1. Inbound Social Selling This works a lot like blogging, but there are some key differences. The biggest one is that you don't need to give out applicable value to followers. Doing so sometimes is great, but it's not required for every post. Instead, you just need to sell the idea of people trusting you. You can do that with case studies, results mentions, opinions, differentiation, and more. Just make sure you're constantly increasing awareness and trust. 2. Outbound Social Selling This is where the real money is. Conversations are the best way to sell services. By far. So get active in the DMs. You can do so with cold ones, where you reach you to people you find in a certain niche or community. You can also do so with warm ones to people who view your profile and engage with your posts. If you're not getting traction on content yet, cold will do most of the work for you. Later on, warm will start working. 3. How They Work Together When you combine good content, good outreach, and a good profile, your social media turns into a sales machine. That's because everything you do is getting you instant exposure, trust, and leads generated. The best part is that it gets better and better over time. As your following grows, you'll have more warm leads and more trust in you. Things will start to snowball and closing deals will get shockingly easy. 4. Lesson From The Build I paid a guy $20,000 to learn his social selling system. That's after being in the content marketing game for over 13 years. I thought I knew what I was doing, but my expertise was actually pretty narrow. Now it's wider. So that's your lesson for today. You never truly know what you're doing, and you really don't know what you're doing if you're trying something new. Invest in education from true experts. The ROI on that is incredible. - Tim P.S.
