Here are your your 4 strategies and insights... 1. Don't Play Small If you're a beginner or intermediate, you're not going to close deals with fortune 500 companies or cash $10,000 invoices. I get that. But that doesn't mean you should only sell to tiny brands and charge tiny prices. In a lot cases, it's better to work for a legit earning company for free (temporarily) than it is to sell something for a couple hundred dollars to a company that can barely afford it. Go for big fish. Sell them real offers. 2. Specificity Of Niche Is Still Underrated Who do you sell your offer to? If the answer is, "anyone who will pay for it," you're sacrificing a ton of profit. Zeroing in on an ultra-specific niche isn't always the best move, but some level of specificity tends to help. My old agency sold to drug rehab clinics. Copyblogger sell to copywriters, marketers, and creators. Who are you gonna sell to? Tailor your marketing and outreach to them. You're not for everyone, and that's a good thing. 3. AI Proofing Your Business There's not such thing as total safety from AI outsourcing. But a few things help a lot: high skill, specific niches, fully done for you offers, unique philosophy, personal branding, relationships, and tons of social proof. AI is crushing mediocre generalists right now. One example of the opposite of that is a Google My Business agency. Specific offer, specific niche, and done for you. Back that up with case studies, it's a powerful offer. 4. Lesson From The Build The hits never stop coming. I've been in business for almost 15 years now, and I still run into the silliest problems. Website code breaking, issues with taxes, ready-to-buy leads that I just forget about following up with. Try to avoid that stuff with good systems. But don't expect it to ever stop, and don't beat yourself up if you make a silly mistake. We all do. It's not about never taking a hit. It's about getting up again after you do. - Tim P.S.
